ECE - Electronics and Communication Engineering

Electronics and Communication (ECE) domain conceptualize, research, design, develop and test electronic equipments, communications and broadcast systems. ECE is the application of science and mathematics to practical problems in the field of electronics and communications. The department of ECE was established in the year 1985.

The department offers one U.G. Degree Programme and one P.G. Degree Programme namely M.E. Applied Electronics. The total sanctioned intake of the ECE department is 60 students. As a core ECE engineer, they can work in the positions of Design engineer, ASIC Engineer trainee, Embedded Engineer or Network Support Engineer in various domains like Circuit Design, Wireless Communications, Robotics, VLSI, Nano Technology, Embedded Systems, Optical Communications, Signal Processing, Control System, Analog Electronics and Networking.Students are encouraged to be a part of professional bodies like IEEE and ISTE.
